Doesn't Series A have an anti-shorting clause? Not entirely clear on this floorless issue but watching out for it.

As a practical matter the limit is a common bid of $1. If there was a strong chance of getting delisted it wouldn't make economic sense to convert to common. It seems to me that it would be better to Just keep getting the preferred dividend. So IMHO the conversions are bullish.

Thought I had said "yes" last night, musta been dreaming. I think that's a "no", as the share quantities are fixed. A real floorless would have the draw in a fixed dollar amount. That way $1M of stock buys more and more shares as the price drops, creating an incentive to short. Not the case here.

Also, It's been shown here often that the short position is insignificant. It should be, only an ignoramous would be unaware of the explosive upside on RNTK.

I'll register my vote that it's a bullish move. Holders are giving up their 9% to buy the common cheap.
