Stephen-

The production of "Sullyman" will cost between $75-$90 Million dollars, this is being funded by the Turkish government and business.
MDCE will received 10-15% of the films budget for their efforts in getting this thing going. MDCE will not be funding the movie...So it
makes no difference if it flies or dies...they will be paid.

The other films will be pre-sold through the company's distribution
channels and should be able to make enough so they won't be at risk for these liabilities.

No shares will be issued... If anything the company is talking about
buying back up to 2 million shares.
