I know I've been waiting to see if the people claiming that this Pharmacia deal is coming will specify when, if this thing really is going to come off. At this point, I'm becoming perplexed: there are too many people talking about this deal (including off SI, in the real world ;-)for me to believe that it is the figment of the Batman's imagination. But there doesn't seem to be a great reason for the HVSF managers and directors to not share the good news with the market beyond rumors (silly theories about stock fraud or disinformation by the directors aside). There hasn't been any press release of any kind by the company since July 12. Perhaps their waiting to tie the announcement to some other news, like some progress on the FDA or patent processes?
