Jay, I was definitely being conservative. But, I also figured that not all 65,000 units would participate, and the ones that do, would be spread over a few quarters.

However, I would not consider this a one time charge, though. Since this reduces the profit made on those units, it should be a legitimate hit on EPS, and not filtered out as extraordinary.
Yet, I bet the street will not see it this way.

It is surely money well spent.
