Mike: I appreciate your reposts of salient information. PNL's "big idea" is a great one. That is why it drew so much attention initially, especially since PNL's service would fully use the communication and reference capabilities of the internet unlike any service has hitherto done. These ambitions are grandiose (even if some of the particulars are very mundane) and aren't made in a day. Establishing the "vision" statement is one thing. Implementing it is another. Until Phase 2 is implemented and provides the services that make the "big idea" a workable provider and facillitator of many of the mundane and tedious tasks of international trade, PNL's words won't be any thing more than words. Phase 2 hopefully will deliver the functionality to the site that entices people to join the site to utilize the services to grow and facillitate their businesses. If phase 2 does indeed do this, more partnerships and more services will eventually be "phased" in subsequently to make the promises of trade via the "net" a reality. Until then, we just have unrealized and visionary ideas that do not on their own make a company. z (spelling not checked)
