Sorry to spoil your sarcasm alien but the company has no reason to go belly up. They will do fine in the future but don't ever think that if they were in any kind of trouble that would lead to going belly up that Astra or Janssen wouldn't help bail them out. They have shelled out millions in milestone payments and believe in the product.

alien...because those 8 mill die hard shorts may look at thing different if they see Vivus is in recovery mode.....they might just find a better short out in this market today..
