Brian: The gravel pit operation, while being pursued, still has significant barriers to be overcome. It is not a "done" deal. A cosmetic company acquisition is also incomplete. There were problems in the execution of the final agreement. It is unclear whether these problems can be resolved. The "Underdog" report appears to significantly overstate 98 earnings. It may depend on the validity of the underlying assumptions. This company probably warrants investor interest. But one needs to be cautious in accepting, without question, promotional representations. The company does have a lot of irons in the fire, which have potential. Steve
