Today's market should have restored a little confidence in investors.
TSQD is being held down by MM's. By month's end, they will have to start settling and the DRIV/TSQD relationship will be in sync again.
Look for the rubberband effect on this one. They can only hold so long.

Great assessment!

As for Joel R., I happen to agree with his decision for going public now instead of later. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. He took the $25 million now and can always do a secondary offering at a later date and get whatever capital DRIV needs.

How about a DRIV dividend for TSQD holders? What is the probability of this happening?
