Yessiree Donkey boy,

It works like this (oh clueless one);
When the price becomes perceived as a bargain, more buyers take a position. This impacts the supply/demand dynamic in such a way as to decrease supply. When positive factual fundamental news is released, demand will increase. The aggregate confluence of these two factors results in significantly higher prices.
Now that you've been spoonfed the basics...please wipe your chin. The basics seem to be more than you can swallow. The price at which ACRT becomes a bargain has been increasing over time...or have you been too busy with your donkey see (pink), donkey do routine to notice ACRT's relative performance of late.
