Dusty, Can you ask TMB (I don't have his name or #) why he came on and posted on May 12th warning us about the FTC civil suit #97CV1508 filed 6/29/97. May 12th just so happens to be the same date according to the Midland Civil suit (pg 7 Article 29) this is the date when DF started to issue himself stock? Also why did he not warn us of the civil suit #97CV2624 against DF dated 10/27/97 if he knew about the FTC? This civil suit has an entry of motion for default judgement on 3/30/98. Surely he must known of the #97CV2624 case????
