This sounds very plausible. TSIG has evidently been working quite hard on combining the internet and telephony into a seamless transition and HCPI may be getting ready to take advantage of this "advantage". From what I understand, CC will tie the web ordering page directly to the teleservices. This would be a great "advantage" to any web based company.
