Rob S, concerning your TA

This is probably too big of a project, and your time is probably too limited, but please consider the following:

Many (including myself) have judged that AMZN's share price is just too unpredictable to entice them to try trading the stock. It could be very helpful for the traders if you or somebody else systematically looked back on your or some other TA predictions and scored how they turned out. It may not be possible to apply a quantitative model retrospectively. If not, maybe from here on forward it would be interesting. Make predictions in terms of 5 or 10 point increments, and express your confidence in terms like +2, +1, 0, -1, -2 (very bullish, mildly bullish, neutral, mildly and very bearish).

This could be valuable for you and others if it shows either extreme--that TA seems to really work, or that the stock defies TA. In the former case, it implies that a substantial amount of invested money is following the rules of TA. In the latter case, that few investors are using TA.

Granted it is a lot of work, but some traders have a lot at stake here.

Best Regards from the bullish side,
Tom D

Sorry, but IT IS PERSONAL. I'll stick by my posts which have been calling for a
technical rally through the middle of this week and then a faltering to lower levels. If I
am wrong, then so be it, that's my analysis and my opinion. If you or anyone else doesn't
like to read what I post then just too daxn bad. I'll keep posting as I see fit!

Rob,

You called for a rally through the middle of this week. Today is Thursday, I hope we all figured that out. At the present time, AMZN is only up 1 7/8ths and way off its high for today. It is as likely as not to go negative as the day progesses. I have no idea. I sure do appreciate your thoughts and TA. If you are correct this week, great. If not, there is no no one that has not been incorrect period. Thank you very much for your opinions and thoughts on AMZN.You have no idea how much I appreciate it. By theway, while typing this AMZN is not up only 1 1/2. Hmmmm:-)
