Forgot to mention one thing. PFE broke support today. The support was at 103 and it closed below $102. We are talking about PFE giving up all the gains of post-Viagra here. Look at the chart below

wysiwyg://60/http://207.95.154.130/chart/default.asp?period=120&time=day&chart=candle&chart1=bb&volume=y&stochastics=y&symbol=pfe

PFE broke below support at 103.
PFE is already surfing the lower BB lower.
PFE's long stochastics is at the potential reversal level.
PFE is the leader of the drug stocks.

Therefore, tomorrow will be very critical for PFE and the entire drug stocks. I have been saying for a while that the drug stocks are still bloated with high PE's. Well that can change pretty quickly when the leader suffers some technical damage and couldn't keep it up. We shall see. Tomorrow will be critical for this group.

And since we are still on the subject of Viagra, that wanne-be ICOS has shown some pretty good resilience because they will announce a number of important study results next 1-3 months, including a European study result of their anti-ED drug. Therefore, I will only trade it and not short it for a long time.

Tomorrow is Thursday and Friday is just around the corner. Slick testifies on Monday. Therefore, everything else being equal, tomorrow should be the beginning of the down day and Friday accelerate the downward spiral. Monday will be a very tense day. Will also be the day I want to do a Dell long straddle.
