I never claimed that I knew what the listing requirements were. In fact let me claim that I do not know what they are. I just find it funny and completely amateurish to make statements about German taxation rules without any knowledge of these rules like you do. And to promote the stock on that basis is wrong. What does it have to do with the fundamentals of the company. Everywhere I look I read promotional statements about NPCT and no discussion on the fundamentals. Why does the company need 5 promoters groups who all have stocks as described in SEC filings?
