Ray,

Just briefly and from memory, I believe that CHNL is somewhat capital intensive. It may help them compete. I believe they spent a lot of money recently for capitalization expenses. This may have put them in a better position versus their competitors. I agree that there is nothing, "high tech" about what they manufacture and they could potentially have a lot of competitors. The key might be, are they manufacturing what their customers want? Hopefully the money they spent recently was well targeted. I think, but am not certain, that's why they took a big hit on such increased sales in the last quarter.

I pulled up a competitor list on Quicken.com and Raychem doesn't show up. Do you happen to know if CHNL has any competitors that sell exclusively to only cable companies and all the flavors of LECs? Does Raychem?

Thanks for your information.
