Pravin,

I think we talked about this before. Intel is unlikely to corner this commodity market. Intel is smaller than the players that already dominate this area. They are used to making DRAM not high-margin things like $30 to $40 MPUs. Frankly, it wouldn't bother me if Intel took some market share from the Japanese in this area. I'm a patriot.
