thall, I wish you were right about this but suspect you are wrong. If Omega had been able to cash in their IPM shares for real money, I don't think things would be moving as slowly as they are at MXAM.

I suspect they were able to sell some IPM shares, but I think the majority were held in escrow and restricted from sale. At least that's what I seem to remember about the agreement. Now that IPM's website is down, it makes it more difficult to go back and find out.
