Of course I agree that gold exists at Kemess. Even at the grades published by RYO.

Again, what is the difference between no gold and insufficient gold. It is an academic question except to those who pay for it. If you all think this is going to far I will retract. I do not want the hassle of lawyers. I think most of them are blood sucking bums!

I went through hell already with a bomb threat when I was posting to the Crystallex board. I don't need that aggravation again.

Royal Oak (the incorporated entity) is not a person. The law provides for that. Therefor I always direct all of my speculations at RYO.

Let me make this clear. I have said this in the past and I will repeat myself now. I have the highest regard for the striving of RYO's managers now as they seek to enhance shareholder value in this untenable situation.

I could not do it. I would have a moral conflict between the mandate of the RYO entity to enhance shareholder value and the responsibility to not dupe any would be investors. I would simply resign.

Again I will retract any statements that offend you or anyone else.

I am beginning to feel the Crystallex squeeze. Go back and read the Nov.-Dec. posts on KRY. What a monkey show that was. By the way Frank Lostracco must have been a professional tout. I believe he has since been kicked of SI. His name shows up on early Royal Oak posts. Hmmmmm
