Dan: I's say that the AG negotiations are the next damper on the stock, but what we are seeing now may in fact be that damper...once dollar figure is decided upon, my guess is we go upward.

Agreed. The only thing left is that crazy smoking lawsuit in Florida. Check out the defense's argument from the Reuters article yesterday...

"Tobacco company lawyers deny the charges and have said they will argue during the trial that the plaintiffs chose to smoke and
were responsible for any tobacco-related illnesses.

Plaintiff lawyers argue that potential jurors who blame smokers for their illnesses were unfairly prejudiced against their suit."

Is that a joke? Of course, if I come to a conclusion that agrees with tobacco, after hearing the case, I am prejudiced against the smokers' suit. What a ridiculous argument!

Anyway, I await news on the AG front. Otherwise, there is not much else to dampen MO's prospects in the near-term, now that McPain's Bill was snuffed out.
