Item in bold provides another compelling reason why PAIR will hit 20 or so around the 3Q earnings announcement even without the takeover stuff, IMO. With the FCC ruling favorably to allow RBOCs to rollout xDSL, testing will transition to deployment. We will definitely see more news about xDSL in upcoming weeks. This will put PAIR (and others) in the spotlight. Among them, PAIR will shine brighter given their strong relationships [(and knowledge of business practices (extremely important)] with the RBOCs and GTE.

Rockwell Semiconductor Systems Partners With Tut Systems To Deliver Multi-function Home Networking Chips

Have you been able to confirm that Rockwell's collaboration with Tut includes the use of PAIR's Falcon chip? I'm right up the street from Tut and have been watching them closely for several months. I think they just announced plans to go public but have not picked a date. It should be a pretty good IPO.
