No-not in food business, but spent 18 years in the retail industry. Thank you for your comments. Yeah, a secondary could be a possibility.But lots of other positives-brand positioning, fast food chain pickup,more grocery and restaurants. I do disagree with Worthington being as "tasty" and product is not perceived as a premium product. The coupon stuff has been going on for years-it's not new to these two company's competition.
Good point though-GBUR ain't no Quaker Oats,in terms of deep pockets.
