Been reading SI for over 2 years now and I have yet to see a single stock where someone isn't carping about dilution. Take the risks or take a walk.

Yes I've read it and why would anyone convert unless they expected the value of the stock to go up. If they expected it to go down they would stick with the preferred stock. The value of common in a delisted company would fall considerably IMHO.
