George, You are absolutely wrong! 600,000 ounces is not a joke.

On what qualifications, industry knowledge or experience are you basing this statement?

Half million ounce and greater deposits are simply not that common, in fact they are quite rare. The resource at the Buffalo Valley project is significant and has been recognized as such by the interested potential partners who have/are evaluating the property. Gold deposits are not being valued highly in the present market environment but commodity prices (especially metals) are cyclical and do change.

Here is an example: Crystallex International Corp. just announced that they have an agreement to purchase the San Gregorio Gold Mine in Uruguay. The San Gregorio orebody has indicated resources of 680,000 ounces of gold, including 420,000 ounces of mineable reserves. Production at San Gregorio commenced in January 1997 and is expected to average 70,000 ounces per year during the next five years. Albeit, there is infrastructure in place at San Gregorio, the purchase price is in excess of US$20 million (that's a lot of peanuts) and Crystallex must have been the highest bidder of the several companies that were evaluating the property.

If Fairmile is successful and is able to expand the resource to a million ounces plus do you honestly believe it would be a waste of time? I don't.

Which shell companies are picking up million ounce gold deposits for peanuts? I haven't seen them.
