Actually I would like to find out some more about the entire deal myself....Hopefully later this afternoon I will have time to make some more calls.As far as the debt of KI......going public in order to cover the debt is nothing new....IPO usually are for covering debt....building cash flow for expansion....or making the executives rich....If you have a chance to call today,please post the informatoin.....Thanks....John
