I have told everyone there are more ways to buy stocks than the open market ask any broker or professional financial advisor or the SEC ... all private placements or any stock transaction I make outside the open market that I may or may not have done is between me and my attorney and the SEC.

Even I have bought stock off the open market and it was done totally legal and it didn't need to be made public. I don't think this is important.
