You didn't read very carefully. They published about 15 to 20 years after the Crucifixion, not written. They pstarted writing their accounts soon after the Resurrection. The first 10 years after the Resurrection were full of hostility from the Jewish leaders and turmoil among the orthodox Jews who had accepted Jesus. The Christian Jews had to assimilate this new revelation from God. Old Testament Temple Judaism was being abolished and the new "Judaism"--Christian Church-- based on the Messiah was being established--the transition from the Synagogue to the Church. Emile
