So Gary would you think it was ethical to call people that think you are their friend and recommend then to buy a stock...that you just got say 100,000 shares or more at a deep discount.

Oh I am not worried what anyone thinks except the SEC. I know people that have gotten nailed on private placements even with an attorney doing all the research and approving it. You should have heard what I have heard when I was the IR. It would rip your heart out. I have refused two private placements because after I was almost ready to do them I did not like them for knee jerk or gut reasons. If I make a bad invesment I have no one but myself to blame. I have lost a lot of invesment money to friend's advise ... but I bought them without verifying anything ... It's not their fault it is mine. If I do not use common sense then that is my fault. Too dang old to blame someone else for my stupidity. There is only one person I followed ... MS ... that cost the living day lights out of me. I just quit following him. GB
