Maria just reported that Morgan Stanley "raised" CPQ to OUTPERFORM with a price target of $40.

As well, she's saying that the market and techs should start the day down except possible for those impacted by the Morgan Stanley positive comments although she did not specifically say CPQ and INTC.

I think today could be fine to good !
