Russian PM says no grounds for markets' crisis MOSCOW, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Russian Prime Minister Sergei Kiriyenko said on Thursday there was no economic basis for a decline in financial markets and added that despite the markets his government was in a position to service its obligations. ''Unfortunately what's happening on the markets belongs in the realm of psychology. There are at present no financial grounds for a deterioration in the situation on the markets,'' he told reporters after meeting Communist opposition leader Gennady Zyuganov.
