Paul, I don't know what Mike Porter told Tim, but when I talked to Rick Eisenberg MSU's last investor relations man ,he told me that C-CUBE wanted MSU to make some changes in the envoy and the ball was back in the MSU's court. I then heard that MSU at the time didn't have the $'s on hand to do the necessary changes to the envoy and decided to put ENVOY on the shelf for the time being. This of course is all hear say and rumor and should be treated as such. For all we know maybe a deal will be struck. I remember reading a past financial statement that mentioned a deal with CUBE and was very excited ,but nothing came from it. One has to wonder with all the single chip technology thats out in the market now, did someone swipe MSU's technology right out from under them. I also remember MSU putting out a news release stating that they new of no one with the same single chip technology. Tim, I don't know if you have anything new to add to this.
Good Luck
John

Paul, John

John that was a great post and would have ben almost identical to the reply to Paul that I would have wrote.

The last time that I had talked to Eisenberg he had told me exactly the same thing - C-Cube had wanted MSU to "fine tune" the chip and at the time MSU was strapped for cash. Well now MSU doe's have the cash !

The way that I took it when I had talked to Mike was that C-Cube was no longer in the picture, but like I said this was the way I interpreted this.

I would encourage anyone that is interested in MSU to call our new IR and do a little digging around and see what you come up with. I would hate for someone to make a decision based on what I have posted or quite possibly a mistake on my part with the way that I took a part of a conversation.

It would be great if a few people took the time to call Mike and then post what they have found out - Again I called last Friday and Mike had told me that he would know a lot more this week because both Wyn and Keith would be in New York this week.

Good luck
Tim
