To Lyndall and Tom

Lyndall - USA's stock transfer agent is American Stock Transfer & Trust...and yes Ernst & Young are still the auditors. If there is any change to the "going concerns" statement, I won't know about it until the new 10-K is filed.

Tom - To answer your first question, I would state that the media is in fact picking up on it. The trade publications in the hotel industry are all over it. We have also gotten some "briefs" in such mainstream media as the USA Today (look at the Business Travel Today Section on the top of the Money page), NY Times, Philly Inquirer...However, the reason that we haven't seen larger "features" is because there are not enough locations yet to warrant coverage on a national basis...meaning until people in every major city have a few of these to look at...but we are getting there...from 100 locations to over 300 locations just in 1998 alone.

Tom - MBE Business Express is doing very well

You had asked about whether anyone has been using these business centers. Of course, hotels that promote it more effectively are going to have more use. However, for the most part, the centers are being used. A few months ago, i was at an AmeriSuites hotel in NJ, and the location was surrounded by several other hotels. The GM of the AmeriSuites hotel mentioned that guests from other hotels are using the MBE Business Express because either their hotel doesn't have a business center, or it has already closed.

As far as hotels "needing a business center", keep in mind that this is an amenity for their guests. Business travelers don't schedule their needs, they develop at any time. If a hotel isn't there to meet those needs, then they will lose that guest. Remember, many hotels have swimming pools...how much revenue do they generate?
