A good question now is what's on this years August list? Hmmm, I still like NOVL, but DELL and CSCO should continue to be stable large cap core holdings. I just think NOVL has a lot of room to grow going forward. I bought my shares last Dec97, so I'm not yet to that "frustration" point where I was to sell <grin>.

I think CPQ should be a core holding as well as AXP. As for NOVL...I just don't know. Earnings have been flat while other companies see double digit growth. Even though NT won't come out until next year, I think many people will wait until its out before buying either NT or Netware. Furthermore, all new computers come wit NT. Few come with Netware. Eitherway, Netware is becoming a increasingly niche product. Its a great product, mind you...I use 4.x at work.

Actually, I hope NT comes out soon, because I currently own both DELL and CPQ. NT will spur more computer spending by the corporations.
