Morning Macker,,, As far as Russia goes,do you think that a country in dire economic times might be interested in upgrading their communications infrastructure by using a strategic alliance with a next generation telco that is interested in partnering,expanding, sharing rather than buying exploiting and taking over their telecom companies? Do you think that the increased revenues that would be created by such a joint partnership might be appealing to a country on the verge of economic disaster? mmmmmmmmmm I can hear the cheering throngs in Red Square now !!!
