I would like to bring your attention to something. A great graphically designed site would/will be an asset... to the first time impression of the 1st time it's used. After that, functionality will dominate the need. If CCSI would have a *front page* designed that wow's 'em, but with the option of by-passing in the future to a site that works very fast and very efficiently, which by the way is their current site, that will be a winner. So, as we look forward, the current site while lacking in hip graphics which can always be added at a later date, the site appears to be a workhorse to do the job. And not particularly a bad look either. Rich
