In Yiddish soros means troubles, worries. Tzarot in Hebrew is troubles. I'm not sure of the etymology of Soros' name I presume it is straight Hungarian despite him being Jewish.

I won't be surprised if when this is all over the Dow is at 4000 or so. It was 4000 only 4 years ago at the beginning of 1995. I don't necessarily expect that though.
