I always have SI's E-Mail address handy... When I couldn't get connected through Netcom I E-Mailed Jill and Brad... I got a response, and another link to try... It didn't work immediately, but did get me back in SI before the regular link started working again...

At the bottom of every SI page is the E-Mail address... I suggest that you add it to your E-Mail address book now while you can access it...

I'm sorry you weren't able to get help by phone. The receptionist wasn't aware of what the problem was, and the engineers here were hard at work trying to resolve the problem with Netcom.

We don't really don't have any phone support...because of the large number of users, it isn't economically practical. All customer support is done my email, and responses usually occur within several hours unless it's the middle of the night.

Email to techstocks.com was working, even for Netcom users, because we were still running the mailserver from Kansas.
