For a bank to go web based(that currently is not), it requires additional resources, therefore, unless they already have an in-house bill pay product, it would be extremely hard to develope a bill pay and go to the web at the same time. This is why more banks than ever are turning to CheckFree.

I also bought some more at the open at 13 7/8, this price is just too good to pass up.
