Mike: Your analysis is rational. As a bemused, dispassionate observor, it seems obvious to me that LoD is irrationally peeved that GS upgraded CPQ. End of story. Can we move on to something else? Fine with me. I held my tongue on that one for a while and finally I just couldn't take it any more :-). But I'm actually going to be away from computer for a couple of days, so even if he responds to me, by the time I get to write back nobody will care anymore (not that anyone else does...) -MIke
