yes, that makes sense. If I were to guess, I would say that is the route they will eventually go. The only problem then would be maintaining quality of their service responses and as everyone here knows Cisco is very customer focused (as evidenced by the fact that they flew equipment to a customer when they were in trouble).

But their are plenty of company's out there that specialize in call center management. So when Lucent loses the war against Cisco, at least they'll be able to provide call centers for Cisco's service reps. :)

Don't get offended LU holders. LU is still a great stock to hold for the next 5 years. I would just rather have my money in Cisco.
