Good questions Ed, and Good Luck too... Those are the same questions we have all been asking for eight weeks now, and they haven't answered them yet, so I don't know why they would now. Maybe Bender can answer this for me, since he is an officer of the law. If someone is robbing a house, and the police have a spotlight on him, but then somebody comes along and moves the spotlight to shine on something else while the crook gets away, would that person be an accessory to the crime of robbery? Hmmm. Just wondering. :-) Binder

As an "Other" answering the survey questions. "#1) Are you saying that Gary did anything illegal pertaining to MIDL or MIDL stock?" No "#2) Are you saying that MIDL got to the price where it was as a result of Gary hyping it?" I have no direct knowledge of it. "(I define hype as overexagerating companys prospects for growth, based on the best information available to them) For that to be true, he would have had to know that DF-144 belongs to NovaGas, and that Arcon was a scam from the beginning. How would you explain the undesputed Exxon news release?" I can't. "#3) Some of you never said a bad word about Dan Fisher. Do you believe that the situation we find ourselves in is a result of anything other than theft by Dan Fisher ( and MIDL letting him in )?" I don't have another explanation but I'll let the court decide. "Do you think he has been wronged by the general opinion of MIDL shareholders?" Not to my knowledge. "Are you in touch with him?" No "How do you explain his last news release? (the shareholder meeting part?)" Either he tried but couldn't succeed or it was a phoney ploy. I don't know. OK, If no one else cares to respond, lets move on. This is unproductive.
