(OTC/BB:MDCE - news) Thursday announced that it has crossed LETTERS OF INTENT, with Magellin Entertainment Inc. to co-venture and co-produce a number of theatrical productions. The first movie will be titled ''Tuesdays Letters'' and will star a very well known television and popular actor. Tony Romano, chairman of Magellin, is a former professional actor who 12 years ago, successfully ventured into the production side of the business. His strengths lie in television and motion picture film production and finance. Romano is also network approved. Michael Shane, president of Magellin, is a dual citizen of the United States and Canada and has 10 years of experience in the film and distribution business both here and in Canada. Shane has done a number of Canadian based productions. Both Romano and Shane, stated that, ''This is a great opportunity for us to work with MediaConcepts and to develop their projects as well as ours.'' David Garcia, chief executive officer of MediaConcepts Inc., said: ''This is a tremendous breakthrough for us, as Magellin has many major studio contacts here in the United States and is a perfect fit with us. We plan on developing our Taylor Caldwell and our Harold Robbins works with Magellin. Combined, our two companies have over 100 years experience in the entertainment business.'' Magellin is in the process of setting up a London based foreign distribution arm that will enhance MediaConcepts' capabilities through Parthenon, a MediaConcepts subsidiary.
