Capacity and ETSI:

QC is, of course, increasing capacity...but the company is also ramping 'Q' production and preparing to launch new models. I would rather have them bring capacity on incrementally, and look to improve margins, than to chase volume at the expense of profits.

My thought on ETSI is simple. $1.3 billion has been taken off of QC's market capitalization at the same juncture that it has backed a large rat (ERICY) into a pretty tight corner with its IPR position. An $80 tender appears a lot more "attractive" when the underlying stock is $55 than when the underlying stock is $65. Bastards.

Best regards,

Gregg
