Rubles may not be such a bad way to get paid provided payment is linked to the value of the US dollar. If we have sufficient revenues to be able to bank those Rubles till their value rises you would increase your earnings through Ruble appreciation. Same with the Yen and the Won. Just saw a spot on CNBC that said Large banks make up to 70% of their earnings through currency trading. Just a thought. MarkC.
