Good morning, Rob and William,

Actually, if you take into consideration of double counting and day(SOS) traders action, how many real shares have changed hands this morning.

All the Aug calls opened in the last few days are playing a role here??

I have two pending uncovered call contracts; one for Oct 140, asking $20 premium, one for Jan 150, asking $25. Setting to open the box at $139.

I'm thinking that if Amazon is up 4 this morning on only 800,000 shares, the shorts are
in trouble.

William,

I do not believe so. I suspect more of the dumb investors see the momentum and they decided to jump on the bandwagon late. That is typical for the retail investor.
