I guess its possible, but I suspect there may be no connection. People sell for all kinds of reasons, if in fact the converters were selling. I don't think it is anything to worry about, really, if they sold a million shares or so over a couple of months. Doesn't change the fundamentals or the deal, just means a bit more stock out there.

However, another stock I was watching today, SGII, just announced a big deal and the stock has not moved. I certainly hope that doesn't happen to RNTK!!
