There are quite a few patents issued after the last update on their site. You can find them for free @ patent.womplex.ibm.com

With respect to the intellectual property value, I heard a year or so ago (can't remember the source) that an independent evaluation had placed the value of VLNC's technology alone at almost twice today's closing price. Considering the progress they've made in their R&D efforts since then, based on some of Lev's comments, one would assume that this number is even higher now. Just an interesting little footnote.
