with that much money, even reverse is also possible beautifully, like:

Car needs a new Chambers (plastic-surgery or a ferrari-booster-chamber for the bullet-proof mercedes), the redecorated house needs a new wife, and the brand-new built, empty Cisco college/university in NC needs new cisco-kids ! :-)
