that's a matter of opinion, nobody knows for sure. My opinion
is that most people in COMS are not momentum players. They've
bought with a long term (at least 1 more year) plan. And
they'd expect a pretty good premium...not the kind that
Bay got.

Now if COMS tanks it's next earnings report (it won't), or
looks like it's not getting anywhere's then lots of people
would start considering a buyout. And now the stock is
looking like it's getting on its feet pretty well, so why
would a shareholder give up all this waiting for a measly
premium?

I suspect some of the board are shareholders. They know
what potential COMS has and won't sell out cheap.
