Mike J, I read your post several times but I am not able ascertain what the "gem" is ? Is it in reference to DAY qualities, the MDIN/DAY geographic property differnces, such as the quality, or is it about the Andacolla region's diversified value of properties and division of ownership in relation to acquisition possibilities ?
