Here's a repost of note 1606: Well by Aug 15th we should really see things shaping up.. see the course and potential of the profit stream. Our 1st quarter financials will be out in approximately 10 days. The second quarter financials will be released by Aug. 15, 1998. Once again thank you. Regards Howard Haber ...so I assume this isn't valid anymore? And whatever happened to their form 10 submission? Wasn't there a timeframe they had to meet for that to take effect? I haven't heard anything about that in a while. stevo

When I talked to Don Logan on Aug. 3rd,he told me financials were DUE on Aug. 15th.That is a Saturday,so they have until Mon.,the 17th.He told me they were going to try to beat the deadline.And he was surprised that the 1st quarter wasn't released yet.He could be a bullshitter, (can I say that?)I don't know,BUT I asked him if I could quote him on that & post this info on SI,&it was ok with him.The new PR guy started Aug,3rd. The new IR guy (actually a chick) starts Aug.17th.I was under the assumption that he was going to go right down & find out why the 1st quarter wasn't released yet.They sent it to the lawyers 3 weeks ago.I'm PO,ed (pronounced PEE-OWED) as in pied off,cuz the stock is dropping,I,m losing my a,& the company ain't saying squat.The new PR guy (who Don spoke very highly of) is supposed to monitor this thread.Yoo Hoo !! If you're reading this like you are supposed to be doing,WE WANT SOME NEWS.Don said the 1st quarter was profitable,hence the dividend with TNNS.Tell us more.You're a PR man,so PR. WHEW!!!I feel better now.I believed in this company.Don't make me regret my faith in GNNX. Sincerely,& ready for a Vodka & tonic,HOOTERMONGER
